Meet the Instructor

Julie is a writer and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and co-founder of Ocean and Crow Yoga. She has a biweekly column on yoga for Spirituality and Health Magazine called "Downward Blog: Writings on a Life in Yoga." She is the author of the book Secrets of the Eternal Moon Phase Goddesses: Meditations on Desire, Relationships, and the Art of Being Broken (SkyLight Paths 2016).
