1st Night. New Moon. Kameshvari Nitya: Goddess of Loneliness.
Kameshvari’s name means “Always Empowering Desire.” On the new moon night, without any light from the sun illuminating her at all, her desire is existential: it’s loneliness. "Tonight's meditation meant so much. Pulled me out of my black hole of broken heart and broken head and I could breathe and dream again. Thank you. The meditation [practice] has been a rock for me through this darkest time in my life. I started them over right away, it's still a part of my nightly ritual."
